Summary

An example guide of how to value both club influence and player influence. It might be useful when looking for new influence to buy or old influence to sell. This is just an example and you might have your own ways or other ways that are better.

Valuing - for Club influence Buying or Selling

A due diligence approach to value a club, looking at; its current situation, market valuation and payouts, future potential, health of the current squad, its manager, and who the influence holders are.

Club Orientation

• Club ID, Country, Division
• League position (and league size)
• Stadium size / fanbase
• Balance
• Profit / Loss from league matchdays
• Comparison to other teams in the division (Stadium size, Fanbase, Balance, Ave Rating)

Valuation

• SVC payout (per season - current division)
  • Number of Seasons to return svc purchase
• Current price - primary market
• Current price - secondary market

League Prospects

• SVC payout (per season - all divisions)
• Strength of all divisions (ave rating, ticket price, tv money, prize money, ave attendance)

Valuing - for Player influence Buying or Selling

Player Orientation

• ID, Nationality, Rating, Age, Position
• In-game club; country, division, league position (and league size)
• Real life club; next rating, link to soccerratings (club history, rating history)

• Wage (current wage, potential wage)
• Contract length
• Morale
• Agent
• Transfer / Loan Status
• Condition, Suspension, Injury
