Immediate Issues
- No manager
- Inactive manager
- Manager Locked
- Low / negative balance
- League position (bottom half of table or bad form)
- Unhappy players

Long term Issues
- Old squad
- Lots of contracts expiring
- Best players being sold (top 3)
- In a low league
- Not qualifying for continentals
- Knocked out of cups early
